Given current global uncertainty around social distancing, We are Search have taken the sad decision to postpone the Global Search Awards, in association with OnCrawl, New York 2020. Due to take place in July, we feel this is too early for face-to-face celebrations.
Following World Health Organisation guidance and observing governmental advice both here and in America in relation to the easing of lockdown restrictions, we are taking this measure early to avoid disappointment and confusion later – our duty of care is first and foremost in keeping you and your teams safe and well.
The Global Search Awards will now take place on the September 8, 2020. Join us on at the stunning Tribeca Rooftop, New York, overlooking the city’s iconic downtown at an event and celebration which is well deserved, this year more so than in previous times. Although temporarily delayed we will meet again and we will recognise, award and celebrate together.
With this in mind the good news is we have extended the final deadline for entries to June 26, 2020. Whatever industry you work in, whether you work globally or locally, if your budget is big or small our awards encompass them all. How we use search, whether it be PPC or SEO, is changing given the current global situation, so these awards promise to be fresh and exciting, full of creativity and adaptability and with cutting edge, best practice at the forefront. Judging will take place on July 15, 2020 and the shortlist announced on July 17, 2020.
